Dick Smith Return Policy?

However, some products can't be returned due to health and safety reasons. If the product is not one of the Dick Smith's Exclusive Brands, the Change of Mind Policy doesn’t apply.
If for any reason a customer is unsatisfied with the purchase of a Dick Smith Exclusive Brand product, they can contact Dick Smith within 14 days of taking delivery and return the product. The customer will then receive a store credit for the purchase price of the product, excluding the initial delivery charges.
Products must be returned in their original packaging, along with all included accessories, be in new condition suitable for resale, and must not have been damaged during the time the product is in the customer's possession, including up until Dick Smith receives the product.
The customer must notify Dick Smith via the Dick Smith Help Centre within 14 days of taking delivery of the product and request a return under this policy. If there is no proof of the delivery date it will be assumed to be 3 business days from the date of dispatch of the product. The product must be returned to Dick Smith within 10 business days of the request to return the product. The customer must return the product at their own cost and comply with the directions for returning the product that Dick Smith staff provide. The product will remain the customer's responsibility during transit until they are received at the address supplied by Dick Smith staff.
After receiving the returned product, Dick Smith will issue a store credit as soon as is reasonably practicable. This Change of Mind policy excludes commercial and reseller sales. Dick Smith reserves the right to make changes to this Change of Mind Policy without notice. This Change of Mind Policy is in addition to the Dick Smith Minimum Voluntary Warranty Policy.
